Credence Wins Quartet Order from LG Electronics for

LG Electronics, which  specializes in the development of digital consumer products, will use  the Quartet One for testing CMS devices for its digital TV and display  products. LG Electronics will leverage Credence's network of  Quartet-based foundries and test outsource companies once the devices  ramp up to volume production.
