PTC Receives $2.1 Million Pro/ENGINEER Order from SHARP

received a $2.1 million order from SHARP CORPORATION for Pro/ENGINEER 
software and services. The software was delivered during PTC's third 
fiscal quarter (ended July 1, 2000).
