     "S&P Index Changes -- Who's in, Who's Out"
     http://www.personalwealth.com/prn04
Standard & Poor's said it will replace Saks Holdings (NYSE: SKS) in the
S&P MidCap 400 Index with Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE: ANF) after the close
of trading on September 17. S&P said ANF will be added to the S&P MidCap
400 Retail (Specialty-Apparel) industry group. SKS is being acquired by
S&P MidCap 400 component Proffitt's Inc. (NYSE: PFT) in a transaction
expected to close on that date. The merger is still pending shareholder
     approval.
"RF Micro Devices Sees Stronger than Expected 2nd Quarter Profit"

"Equity Markets Building Confidence, S&P's Cherney Says"
     http://www.personalwealth.com/prn02
Tuesday's close in the equity markets was much better than most of the
action during the day, which S&P Market Analyst Paul Cherney says is a
positive. Other bullish signs are a third consecutive gain for the
S&P 500 and improving breadth, he notes. All in all, Cherney says, they
indicate a market that is building confidence. MarketViews provides the
