MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 11, 1994--Evans Environmental Corp.
(``Evans'') (NASDAQ:ECOS) Tuesday announced that it has terminated 
its agreement to acquire certain assets of Plants for Tomorrow Inc.  
Both parties agreed that the termination is in the best interests
of the two companies.   
Dr. Charles C. Evans, president of Evans, stated, ``The 
termination of this agreement is consistent with our corporate goals,
does not effect the commitment of Evans to wetlands restoration and 
frees us to pursue other more beneficial opportunities.''
