DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sunrise Energy Services Inc. (ASE:SES),
("the Company") together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Sunrise 
Energy Co., Tuesday announced that it has reached agreement with 
Transwestern Pipeline Co. ("Transwestern") for the withdrawal of all
regulatory complaints and resolution of existing litigation between 
the parties.   
In addition to settlement and dismissal of all litigation, the
parties agreed to resume their business transactions and pursue
development of new marketing concepts and flexible transportation
service arrangements in California (the company's largest market area)
and other areas where the company and Transwestern provide service.
