LDP's Abe Says Japan's Economy Is Adjusting, Recovery Expected

Feb. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Shinzo Abe, deputy secretary-general of Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party, said he expects the world's second-largest economy to recover from its current adjustment phase.
Abe said he hopes that economic growth will meet the government's 1.6 percent estimate for the fiscal year starting April 1. He also said the Chinese and U.S. economies were strong.
