Deutsche Bank China Firm to Start Soon, Securities Times Says

June 8 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Bank AG’s China venture will start operating soon and become the nation’s 108th brokerage, state-run Securities Times reported, citing Wang Zhonghe, head of the German bank’s China unit.
The joint venture with Shanxi Securities Co. has a registered capital of 1 billion yuan ($146 million), the report said. Deutsche Bank got regulatory approval to own 33.3 percent of the Chinese securities joint venture in January.
