June 19 (Bloomberg) -- Former federal prosecutor Anthony Barkow talks with Bloomberg's Mike Schneider in New York about the arrest of former Bear Stearns Cos.'s managers Ralph Cioffi and Matthew Tanni, the accusations against them and the possibility of additional investigations related to the subprime crisis.
