JPMorgan's Dimon Says U.S. Needs Systemic Risk Regulator: Video

March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Jamie Dimon, chief executive officer of JPMorgan Chase & Co., speaks about the need to establish a "systemic risk regulator" and set up procedures to deal with potential failures of large financial institutions.
