People's Republic of China ("PRC"), announced today that its founder and CEO,
Mr. Deli Du, has accepted an invitation to attend the US-China Low-Carbon
Economy Conference to be held from Sept 21-25, 2009 in New York City and a
series of other meetings on environmental issues.

The Chinese delegation will include senior government officials and business
leaders in the cleantech industry. Mr. Du was invited as a prominent business
leader of the Chinese alternative energy industry and is expected to share his
vision and insights into how to leverage new energy technologies to develop
tailor-made low-carbon solutions for the Chinese market.
