Expansion of Brand Continues with Opening of Another License Location

ROLLA, Mo., Sept. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BAGL) announced today that students, faculty, staff and visitors can now nosh on their favorite Einstein Bros.(R) Bagels food on campus at the new licensed restaurant that opened August 23, 2007 at the University of Missouri-Rolla. The restaurant is located at 1347 University Drive in the Havener Student Center.

Busy students, faculty, and staff can now stop in and choose from a selection of Einstein Bros.' famous bagels and shmears, Darn Good Coffee(R), crisp, fresh salads, decadent sweets and eclectic sandwiches made with high quality ingredients.

The restaurant is the 13th licensed Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant to open across the country in 2007. Einstein Noah Restaurant Group plans to open between 30 and 40 licensed restaurants this year.

This is the 8th licensed Einstein Bros. Bagels restaurant at a Chartwells Higher Education account. The brand was selected after several months of discussion and student input. The brand had high recognition among the student population.
