Poland Nears Sale of CO2 Allowances to Ireland, AFP Reports

Nov. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Poland is close to signing an agreement with Ireland over a sale of 15 million-euros ($22.3 million) of carbon-dioxide allowances, Agence France-Presse said, citing Environment Minister Maciej Nowicki.
Poland agreed to sell 25 million-euro of carbon credits to Spain on Nov. 9, the news agency said.
