Feb. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Africo Resources Ltd., which explores for copper and cobalt in Africa, is “well-capitalized” to withstand volatile market conditions, Chief Executive Officer Antony Harwood said at a conference in Livingstone, Zambia, today.
