Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The board of Eskom Holdings Ltd. chose Chairman Bobby Godsell over Chief Executive Officer Jacob Maroga when both offered to resign because of their differing ideas on how the power utility should be run, the Johannesburg- based Mail & Guardian newspaper said, citing an unidentified senior official in South Africa’s ruling alliance of the African National Congress, the Congress of South African Trade Unions and the South African Communist party.
