Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Daniel Dube, a director on the board of South Africa’s state-owned Eskom Holdings Ltd., said South Africa’s Minister of Public Enterprises, Barbara Hogan, told directors that she is in full support of the board.

Dube spoke in an interview from his mobile phone today.

Yesterday Bobby Godsell resigned as chairman of Eskom, saying that the government hadn’t backed decisions made by the board.
