May 19 (Bloomberg) -- Drake & Scull International PJSC, the Dubai-based construction-engineering contractor whose shares started trading in March, won a contract valued at 226 million dirhams ($61.5 million) in Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah.

The contract is for mechanical, electrical and plumbing works for the Kingdom of Sheba development on Palm Jumeirah, bringing the total value of Drake & Scull’s contracts on the Palm Jumeirah to more than 1.4 billion dirhams, the company said in an e-mailed statement today. Drake & Scull won the contract from IFA Hotels & Resorts.
