Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyds TSB Group Plc stopped providing mortgage loans for apartments in the United Arab Emirates, Arabian Business reported, citing a company statement.

The bank is offering mortgages for 50 percent of the value of villas, the Dubai-based news Web site cited Lloyds as saying. Lloyds previously offered 80 percent finance on villas and 70 percent on apartments, Arabian Business said.
