Nov. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Japanese police have caught and detained a man believed to be Tatsuya Ichihashi, the sole suspect in the murder investigation of Lindsay Ann Hawker, the Sankei newspaper reported, without citing anyone.
The man was caught by police today in Osaka, the newspaper said. Ichihashi, 30, has been sought since March 2007, when police found the body of Hawker, a 22-year-old British woman, buried in sand in a bathtub in his apartment in Ichikawa, east of Tokyo.
