By Colin Keatinge
Jan. 6 (Bloomberg) -- American International Group Inc. has hired Kenneth Moelis to find a buyer for International Lease Finance Corp., the Daily Telegraph reported, without saying where it got its information.
Moelis & Co., the former UBS AG investment banking president’s boutique advisory firm, has been chosen to advise on the sale of ILFC, which may fetch around $8 billion to $10 billion, the newspaper said. Blackstone Group LP is also advising AIG, though its focus is advising the insurance group on a broad range of disposals, the Telegraph said.
