May 29 (Bloomberg) -- Toyota Motor Corp. may stop hosting Japan’s Formula One Grand Prix race at its Fuji International Speedway to cut costs, the Asahi newspaper reported, without citing anyone.

The Fuji Speedway, near Mount Fuji, was scheduled to hold the event in 2010, the report said.

The F-1 race was to alternate each year between Fuji Speedway and Honda Motor Co.’s Suzuka Circuit, the Asahi said.
