Nokia to Acquire 8.4% Symbian Stake From Siemens, WSJ Reports

June 24 (Bloomberg) -- Nokia Oyj will announce today that it is buying Siemens AG's 8.4 percent holding in Symbian Ltd., the Wall Street Journal reported, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter.
The purchase will raise to 56.3 percent Nokia's holding in the U.K.-based provider of software to advanced mobile phones, the newspaper said, citing the people. Nokia will pay around 70 million euros ($108.6 million), the Journal said, citing one of the people.
