Oct. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Escada AG attracted non-binding bids from about a dozen investors interested in the German fashion designer, Handelsblatt reported, citing unidentified people in the financial industry.

Some of the possible buyers will be given access to the company’s books in the next three weeks, the newspaper added.
