Oct. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Ratiopharm GmbH, the generic-drug maker being sold by Germany’s Merckle family, won the backing of Europe’s drug regulator to sell a copy of Pfizer Inc.’s Viagra impotence pill, the European Medicines Agency said in a statement on its Web site today.
