Sept. 10 (Bloomberg) -- General Motors Co. may close as many as three factories if it retains control of German-based Adam Opel GmbH, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing two people familiar with the company’s plans.
Plants in Bochum, Germany and Antwerp, Belgium may face closure and another factory in Eisenach, Germany may be at risk of being shutdown if a buyer can’t be found, the newspaper said.
