By Tom Lavell
Aug. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Deutsche Lufthansa AG, Europe's second-largest airline, said it's negotiating the possible purchase of SN Airholding SA, the owner of Brussels Airlines.
Lufthansa would buy 45 percent of SN Airholding for about 65 million euros ($96 million) as the Belgian company stages a capital increase and would have an option to buy the remaining 55 percent after two years, the Cologne, Germany-based carrier said in a DGAP newswire statement.
