Feb. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Intesa Sanpaolo SpA, Italy’s second- biggest bank, will hire Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena SpA Chief Financial Officer Marco Morelli to replace its General Manager Francesco Micheli, Il Sole 24 Ore said.

Intesa’s board will approve the change at a meeting today, the Italian newspaper reported, without saying where it got the information. Intesa will also promote Gaetano Micciche, currently head of its investment banking division, to the position of co-general manager, according to Sole.
