Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may be active in Italian trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close.
Italy’s benchmark FTSE MIB Index fell 32.60, or 0.1 percent, to 22,549.64 in Milan on Nov. 6.
Compagnie Industriali Riunite SpA (CIR IM): The holding company of Italian businessman Carlo De Benedetti may post net income this year of between 110 million euros and 130 million euros, compared with 95 million euros in 2008, il Sole-24 Ore newspaper reported without citing anyone. The shares gained 3 cents, or 2.1 percent, to 1.62 euros.
Eni SpA (ENI IM): The country’s biggest oil producer is considering a sale of its TAG pipeline, which brings gas from Russia through Austria to Italy, to settle a disagreement with European Union regulators, Reuters reported, citing two anonymous sources. The shares fell 2 cents, or 0.1 percent, to 17.21 euros.
Fondiaria-Sai SpA (FSA IM): The insurer is scheduled to report third-quarter earnings. The shares gained 9 cents, or 0.7 percent, to 12.57 euros.
Impregilo SpA (IPG IM): The country’s biggest builder said net income fell to 37.3 million euros during the first nine months of the year, compared with 164.2 million euros a year ago, according to a statement distributed by the stock exchange. The shares declined 3 cents, or 1.3 percent, to 2.49 euros.
Pirelli & C. SpA (PC IM): The company said it would raise its tire prices by 10 percent in Africa and the Middle East in mid-November, according to a statement released through the stock exchange. The shares fell half a cent, or 1.2 percent, to 41 euro cents.
Telecom Italia SpA (TIT IM): The country’s biggest telephone company announced a series of management changes after Stefano Pileri, the previous chief of technology and operations, resigned, according to a release distributed by the stock exchange. The shares declined 2 cents, or 2.1 percent, to 1.12 euros.
