Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- U.K. police will question Mohammed Ajmal Kasab, the terrorist suspect being held in India for involvement in the Mumbai attacks, a British government source briefing reporters on condition of anonymity said.

British police may also ask Pakistan for permission to interview anyone suspected of involvement in the Mumbai attacks. The request comes as the U.K. seeks more information about the operations and workings of the Pakistan-based militant group Lashkar-e-Taiba.
