General Motors 2007 China Sales Rise 19% to 1,031,974 Vehicles

Jan. 10 (Bloomberg) -- General Motors Corp. said vehicle sales in China, the world's second largest auto market, jumped 19 percent last year as rising affluence spurred demand.
The company sold a total of 1,031,974 vehicles, it said in an e-mailed statement today.
