Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- China is ready to sign a financial memorandum of understanding with Taiwan, the China Post reported, citing Wang Yi, China’s Taiwan Affairs Office head.

The wording of the pact has been finalized and both sides will decide on the time and venue of the signing ceremony as early as today, the english language-daily reported, citing unidentified people with knowledge of the matter.
