Nov. 11 (Bloomberg) -- China’s government “has no dispute” and doesn’t disagree with the proposed time and place for signing a series of agreements with Taiwan, the Taiwan Affairs Office spokesman Yang Yi said today.

Yang didn’t specify where and when the proposed accords will be signed, according to his televised press briefing.

“China is prepared to sign the agreements at any time, anywhere,” Yang said, repeating a Nov. 8 comment by the Taiwan Affairs Office director Wang Yi. “These will benefit the banking, securities and futures industries and help Taiwan companies raise funds in China.”
