Yahoo, Google Said to Delay Deal Until Regulators Finish Probe

Oct. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Yahoo! Inc. and Google Inc. agreed to delay the start of a planned Internet-advertising partnership until U.S. regulators can wrap up an investigation into the deal, according to a person with knowledge of the decision.
Google and the Justice Department reached the agreement at a meeting today, said the person, who asked not to be named because the talks are private. There is no date set for the probe to conclude, the person said.
