June 16 (Bloomberg) -- The euro rose against the dollar and Japanese yen.

The euro climbed to $1.5470 by 11:56 a.m. in London, from $1.5380 on June 13. Europe's common currency climbed to 167.52 yen, from 166.35 yen.
