May 14 (Bloomberg) -- Billionaire investor Carl Icahn plans to nominate his own board slate at Yahoo! Inc.'s next annual meeting after buying up a stake in the Internet company, Reuters reported.
Icahn has chosen at least a dozen possible candidates and may announce the slate as early as tonight, the news agency said, citing people familiar with the situation. Yahoo's board rejected a takeover offer from Microsoft Corp. this month.
