Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Cia. Siderurgica Nacional of Brazil raised its offer for Corus Group Plc, the U.K.'s largest steelmaker, to 515 pence ($10.07) a share, topping Tata Steel Ltd.'s improved bid announced yesterday.

CSN announced the proposal in a Regulatory News Service statement today.
