OAS Foreign Ministers Agree to Reverse 1962 Move to Expel Cuba

June 3 (Bloomberg) -- The Organization of American States agreed today to reverse a 1962 resolution that expelled Cuba from the group.
Representatives from the OAS’s 34 member countries have come to an agreement and will officially vote on it today during a plenary session of the group’s general assembly, according to a spokeswoman at the OAS who can’t be identified in accordance with the group’s rules.
