By Fiona MacDonald

Nov. 16 (Bloomberg) -- Kuwait is willing to cut petroleum production if OPEC members agree that there is a surplus, oil minister Mohammed Al-Olaim said today in comments cited by KUNA.

``Kuwait will not hesitate in supporting the international petroleum market and at the same time will cut its production if the market is witnessing a surplus in production based on an agreement between OPEC members to stabilize the market,'' Al- Olaim said, according to the news wire.
