By Greg Quinn
Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- A teenager is missing after being trapped on an ice floe off the coast of the Canadian territory of Nunavut, Canadian Broadcasting Corp. said.
The 17-year-old boy was hunting with his uncle and the two were separated after their snowmobile had a problem, CBC said.
Rescuers contacted the teenager around 9 p.m. New York time last night, and haven’t seen him since as the ice he was on drifted, CBC said.
The teenager’s uncle was found and is being treated for hypothermia, CBC said.
