Australian Olympian Hackett Mulls Political Job, Telegraph Says

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Australian Olympic gold-medalist Grant Hackett holds political ambitions and would one day like to become a federal minister, the swimmer told the Sunday Telegraph in an interview.
Hackett, who won Olympic gold medals in 2000 and 2004, plans to first pursue a career in finance when he retires from competitive swimming and has accepted a job at Westpac Banking Corp., the Sydney-based newspaper reported.
