Nov. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Australian Foreign Minister Stephen Smith said he will visit Sri Lanka tomorrow for talks on people smuggling and the effort to rebuild the island nation following the end of internal conflict.

His visit will be the first to Sri Lanka by an Australian foreign minister since 2003, Smith said in a statement today. Smith will be in Singapore from Nov. 10 to Nov. 12 for the 21st APEC ministerial mieeting.
