Nov. 8 (Bloomberg) -- John Terry scored the only goal as Chelsea beat Manchester United 1-0 today to stretch its lead atop English soccer’s Premier League to five points.

The England center-back’s goal after 76 minutes maintained Chelsea’s record of winning every home game this season. The Blues have 30 points, with Arsenal and defending champion United on 25 points.
