Steve Thompson to Start for England Rugby Team Against Australia

Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Steve Thompson will make his first international start since 2006 for England against Australia at Twickenham in three days, the Rugby Football Union said in a release.

Brive hooker Thompson is joined by fellow 2003 World Cup winners Jonny Wilkinson, now with Toulon, and Lewis Moody of Leicester Tigers.

Uncapped duo Courtney Lawes and Ayoola Erinle are among the replacements in manager Martin Johnson’s injury-hit squad.
