Australia Beats India by Six Wickets to Claim One-Day Series

Nov. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Doug Bollinger took five wickets as Australia beat India by six wickets in the sixth one-day cricket international to take an unassailable 4-2 lead in the series.

Australia bowled out India for 170 in Guwahati, before reaching 172-4 in less than 42 overs. Shane Watson top-scored for the tourists with 49, while Mike Hussey finished unbeaten on 35.

Australia has won three straight matches, following two victories for India, which had rallied after losing the opener. The final game is in Mumbai on Nov. 11.

India was reduced to 27-5 today, before half-centuries from Ravindra Jadeja and Praveen Kumar.
