Nov. 15 (Bloomberg) -- Qatar Liquefied Gas Co., one of two liquefied natural gas companies in the world’s biggest producer of the fuel, is negotiating with Petronet LNG Ltd. an increase Qatar’s LNG shipments to India, the state-run Qatar News Agency said, citing Qatari Business and Commerce Minister Khalid Bin Mohamed Al Attiyah.
