June 3 (Bloomberg) -- Senator Hillary Clinton, her bid for the Democratic presidential nomination at an end, said she is making ``no decision tonight'' on her next steps.
Clinton congratulated Senator Barack Obama and his supporters ``for all they have accomplished,'' stopping short of giving him a full endorsement or acknowledging that he has clinched the nomination as the primary campaign drew to a close.
The New York senator promised to continue fighting for the issues she campaigned on, including revamping the U.S. health care system and ending the war in Iraq.
``I understand that a lot of people are asking `What does Hillary want?''' Clinton, 60, said in an address delivered from the gymnasium at Baruch College in Manhattan. ``I want to end the war in Iraq, I want health care for every American. I want every child to live up to his or her God-given potential. And I want the 18 million people who voted for me to be respected, to be heard.''
