By Ryan Flinn

Sept. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin attended four colleges, graduating from the University of Idaho in 1987, her spokeswoman said in an e-mail.

Palin, the governor of Alaska, finished high school in 1982 and started college at the University of Hawaii-Hilo, transferring within a few weeks to Hawaii Pacific University, spokeswoman Maria Comella wrote in an e-mailed message. Palin then transferred to North Idaho College, before switching to the University of Idaho, Comella wrote.

The Associated Press reported yesterday that Palin may have gone to five colleges.
